Leaf Blowing Snow
We got 1.5 inches of snow today and I used my leaf blower to clear my driveway (not enough to do a customers' driveways, though).

Have a Question for you. What is the time frame for using your blower VS using the snow blower, which would be faster or clear more snow.

Well the only reason I didn't use my snowblower on this storm was because we only got 1.5 inches, of snow...I could have gotten out my snowblower but I didn't think it is worth it. I think the snowblower would have been faster. It took longer than I thought it would to clear the snow with my leaf blower, and there was only 1.5 inches on the ground. Any more, and it would have been useless to use my leaf blower. My snowblower is definitely faster, but I just had to give my leaf blower a try. And as I said, if there was any more snow, the leaf blower would take SO long and the snowblower would do it really quickly. I could have cleared my driveway with the snowblower in 5-10 minutes tops. It took a longer amount of time with my leaf blower (it is hard to tell since I didn't keep track).
