Safety Switches Empty Safety Switches

Post by Admin Tue Jan 01, 2013 8:21 pm

I don't know if this is a modification or not but I disconnected the safety switches on my Ztr lap bars. It's pretty simple procedure, just unplug the switches that are located at the bottom of each lap bar and install a jumper wire across the plug you remove on each bar, not the switch No and the mower will now mow in reverse. The time you can save mowing is great. However if you're a home owner and have small children around the house you may want to think twice before disconnecting the switches.

Neat and simply, however on some of the other models it doesn't always work. You just have to look and see how the wiring is run.
