Something I said I'd never do Empty Something I said I'd never do

Well I did something I said I'd never do. I went to the dealer a while back because I needed to pick up another push mower. I went with full intentions to purchase another Cub Cadet 98H 190cc and they didn't have one and the dealer wasn't sure he could get another with the 190 so I went against what I said I'd never do and purchased the Cub Cadet 999es with a lousy Briggs and Stratton motor.

It has the 175cc / 775 series motor and from what I've used it seems to being doing well, the wife likes it because it's an Electric Start which is a plus for her. I can say for sure it's not the Honda by any means but I guess time will tell.

I think I'll probably need it. I'm still waiting on the Toro Turfmaster, They said it would be here Monday.

Can I ask the cost. The dealer up the road has the Exmark on the floor for $1799 the Toro dealer here gave me the same price on the Toro.

1800.00 no tax as this is the first one they have sold. wanted to see the toro but nobody has one in my area. pretty much the same mower from what I can tell. different wheel adjustment and the throtle cable is different

I hope I can get mine that way, I generally get a little discount but I don't know with this mower cause like you It will be the first out of the shop.

my dealer told me the toro was a couple hundred dollars more than exmark but could not get because they are not toro commercial dealer, however I did find it on line for 1850.00 I think. no shipping charges
